Project Description:
ValexConsulting was contracted to work on Metastorm Business Process Management (MBPM) workflow solution for “New Business Intake” and “Multi Matter New Business Intake.” The process(es) are designed in conjunction with the stakeholders of the system and deployed on the existing client’s infrastructure.
The process integrates via web services with a number of third party systems including Elite for accounting and Interwoven for Document Management. A wizard-based approach was introduced to facilitate data entry and to streamline branching/skipping logic.
